안드레 3000(영어: Andre 3000, 본명은 안드레 로렌 벤자민(영어: André Lauren Benjamin), 1975년 5월 27일 ~ )은 미국의 래퍼, 배우이다. 힙합 듀오 아웃캐스트의 멤버이다. 그는 그룹 내에서 거의 모든 곡을 작곡한다. 2023년 스피리추얼 재즈 장르의 첫 정규 음반 New Blue Sun을 발매했다.
