Owregan (Persian: اورگان,)[a] is a village in Chenarud-e Jonubi Rural District of Chenarud District, Chadegan County, Isfahan province, Iran, serving as capital of both the district[4] and the rural district.[5]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 848 in 199 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 826 people in 236 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 651 people in 195 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
